Statement of Intention
Our target audience will be that of St. Mary’s friends and families. The community is also invited to attend the Fall Festival as well as the Haunted House. Funds will be generated by taking a $2 admission Fee in the form of 8 tickets or $2 in cash. The Haunted House will generate new interest in the Fall Festival and will help to promote community involvement. Outside donations of props and funds are greatly appreciated to keep this Haunted House a yearly event. Separate donation flyers will be sent home with students to obtain props and supplies from families to put this show on.
This production is a very large-scale project and is something that Mr. B takes great pride in. The goal of the project is to put on a special event that the children can look forward to each year during the Halloween Season. Volunteers from Mr. B’s tennis team, teacher friends, and people from the local Starbucks in West Portal will all be coming together to put this event on. This project builds a sense of community, brings families closer together, and creates a sense of imagination and wonderment for our students.
